On Plan ADVANCED, we will be sending disputes letters to Creditors/Furnishers. We will also going to challenge only 2 Furnishers and the three bureaus. This is done after we pulled updated Credit Reports from the three Credit Bureaus.

This shows an example of a Furnisher dispute letter (Chase Card Services) that we have made ready to be sent. Every letter sent to Furnishers should have an attached screenshot that serves as proof that they appear on the customer's Credit Report.

We regularly monitor sent dispute letters. Every 60 days we resend disputes letters when expires/due until such action is taken by Furnishers. For this plan, both Credit Bureaus and Furnishers disputes are monitored from time to time. |
